SEVEN NICOLE ST CLAIR, PHD

  • Seven Nicole St.Clair is a solo, independent, doctorate level, orthomolecular transitional neuroscientist and has been in private practice for 30 years. She's board certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and an Amen Clinic certified  Brain Health Coach. She's worked with chronic and severe mental health patients of all ages and diagnoses, including addictions, trauma and criminality.  Utilizing dietary, nutritional and therapeutic interventions to stabilize and eradicate the underlying core chemistry and beliefs that accompany mental health challenges. She has worked with pioneering research laboratories since the beginning of her career. The last 10 years she's focused on the epigenetics related to mental health, cancer, autoimmune and metabolic syndromes. She uses a systematic and scientific approach to find the best possible solutions for your brain, body and overall well-being.

N. HANS RECHSTEINER, MD

  •   N. Hans Rechsteiner is a solo, independent, rural, general surgeon, practicing since 1982 for nearly 40 years in Spooner, Wisconsin.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.  His independence allows him the freedom to take care of his patients the way he was taught, with compassion and old-fashioned personal service. He's interested in longevity and since 2012 has done longevity research on mice. Each trial takes at least 2.5 years to complete and he is currently finishing one that prolonged the lives of his mice by 50% over the controls. He's written a book entitled How to Play College Football at 65.  In the fall of 2017, at age 65, he played football at a small college in North Dakota, proving that the ideas in the book really do produce health and longevity. His years of practice has allowed him to evaluate and appreciate the needs of his patients and create solutions for their problems. He has seen the negative effects of poor mental health on physical health.
